Built in 1928 and later expanded in 1946, The Travis Building is a historic Art Deco landmark in downtown Austin, just one block from the Texas State Capitol. For this project, we designed a modern leasing flyer and marketing package that highlighted the building’s legacy while positioning it for today’s market. The materials combined clean layouts, bold typography, and detailed floor plans with lifestyle imagery that emphasizes the building’s walkable location, proximity to premier dining and entertainment, and its flexible office spaces. The result was a compelling, professional presentation tailored to attract government agencies, law firms, startups, and established businesses alike.
